These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, the “Terms”) govern the online sale of services and packages offered by Navona Queen Rooftop Rome through the website www.navonaqueenrome.com (hereinafter, the “Website”).

The purchase of services implies full acceptance of these Terms by the user.

1. Service Provider

The Website and the services offered therein are managed by:

2. Subject

These Terms govern the sale of the following services and packages:

• Reservation of rooms and suites at the property;

• Experiential packages at the panoramic rooftop, including but not limited to:

  • Hourly rental of the jacuzzi;

  • Rooftop breakfast;

  • Rooftop aperitif;

  • Romantic proposal package (location rental and dedicated setup);

  • Any additional packages or ancillary services available on the Website.

3. Purchase Procedure

3.1 The user may purchase services by selecting them on the Website and completing the online payment process.

3.2 Upon completion of the purchase, the user will receive a confirmation email containing a summary of the order.

3.3 The order shall be considered finalized and binding only upon receipt of payment confirmation.

4. Prices, Payments and Invoicing

4.1 All prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Navona Queen Rooftop Rome reserves the right to modify prices at any time; such changes will not apply to orders already confirmed.

4.3 Payments may be made using the methods indicated on the Website (credit/debit cards, electronic payment systems, or other available tools).

4.4 In the event of non-payment or unauthorized payment, the order shall be automatically cancelled.

4.5 Invoicing. An invoice is issued upon request by the customer. The request must be made before or at the time of payment and within the deadlines indicated during checkout, providing the required details (company name, address, Tax Code and/or VAT number, SDI code/PEC if applicable).
In the absence of such request and/or required details, the fiscal document provided by applicable law will be issued.

5. Specific Conditions for Experiential Packages

5.1 Jacuzzi Rental

The service is reserved exclusively for guests with a valid booking.

Access is allowed only during the time slots indicated at the time of purchase.

Guests must comply with hygiene regulations and conduct rules communicated by the property.

Navona Queen Rooftop Rome reserves the right to suspend the service in case of adverse weather conditions or for safety reasons.

5.2 Rooftop Breakfast and Aperitif

Packages include the serving of food and beverages.

Any allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements must be communicated prior to purchase or sufficiently in advance.

The property shall not be liable for omissions or late communications.

5.3 Romantic Proposal Package and Private Events

The service includes location rental and setup as described in the selected package.

Any customized requests are subject to written confirmation and may involve additional costs.

The customer is responsible for their own conduct and that of any guests attending.

6. Cancellation, Refund and Voucher Policy

6.1 Cancellation conditions vary depending on the purchased service and are indicated on the relevant package page.

6.2 Unless otherwise specified:

• Cancellations made beyond the indicated deadlines are not eligible for refund;

• In case of no-show, the amount paid will not be refunded.

6.3 In case of cancellation by Navona Queen Rooftop due to force majeure or organizational reasons, the customer shall be entitled to a full refund or rescheduling of the service.

6.4 Vouchers / Gift Cards

Where available on the Website, vouchers (“gift vouchers”) allow the beneficiary to redeem a specific package/service or credit under the conditions indicated at the time of purchase.

Validity: vouchers are valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase unless otherwise expressly stated.

Use: vouchers must be used in a single transaction and cannot be partially redeemed.

Transferability: vouchers may be transferred to third parties.

Non-convertibility: unless required by law, vouchers are not redeemable for cash, non-refundable, and do not accrue interest.

Combination: combinability with promotions or discount codes is specified case by case.

Loss or misuse: vouchers are bearer instruments; Navona Queen Rooftop is not responsible for unauthorized use due to loss, theft, or disclosure of the code, unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds and reissuance are governed by the specific voucher and/or related package conditions.

7. Right of Withdrawal

7.1 Pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to services relating to leisure activities scheduled for a specific date or period, nor to vouchers with a defined validity period.

7.2 Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services and packages purchased through the Website, unless otherwise expressly stated.

8. Liability

8.1 Navona Queen Rooftop Rome shall not be liable for damages arising from improper use of the services offered.

8.2 The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or third parties during use of the services.

8.3 The property is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

9. Rules of Conduct

9.1 Guests are required to behave respectfully toward the property, staff, and other guests.

9.2 Navona Queen Rooftop Rome reserves the right to interrupt services in case of inappropriate, dangerous, or unlawful behavior, without obligation of refund.

10. Privacy and Cookies

Personal data is processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and applicable legislation, as detailed in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy available on the Website.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law.

Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome, without prejudice to mandatory legal provisions.

12. Amendments

Navona Queen Rooftop Rome reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments shall be effective from the date of publication on the Website.
